What happens when my trial ends?
On day 7 the card you added is charged for the plan you picked, and the autopilot keeps running without interruption. Cancel any time before then from billing settings and you are not charged at all. There is no separate free tier to fall back to - a workspace without an active plan cannot send.
What counts toward my outreach / day limit?
Every email the autopilot sends counts against your daily limit - first touches, follow-ups, and replies alike. Warm-up mail runs on its own separate budget and does not count, and neither does a one-off test send you trigger by hand. The limit resets every 24 hours.
What is the monthly spend cap?
It is a hard ceiling on what the autopilot can spend on your behalf in a month - paid placements and the data it uses to find and qualify prospects. The ceiling comes with your plan rather than being a number you type in, so moving plan is what moves it. The autopilot pauses that spend at the cap and never exceeds it. Your subscription price is separate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing whenever you like - including during the trial. There is no contract and no cancellation fee; your plan simply stops renewing at the end of the period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual at any time. Either direction takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference - so a downgrade moves you onto the lower plan's limits right away, with the unused part of what you already paid credited against the next invoice.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can delete your account and its data at any time from settings. The deletion is honored end to end - we remove your workspace data rather than just deactivating the login.
