Build the autopilot with us
Outlink AI is early and founder-built. That means small scope for hierarchy and a lot of scope for ownership: you will talk to customers, see what you ship land within the week, and help decide what the autopilot does next. We work remotely and we would rather tell you honestly where the company is than sell you a stage it has not reached.

Build and scale the engine that runs the whole loop. You will ship across discovery, qualification, personalization, sending, follow-up and verification, own the technical decisions for the services you build from design through monitoring, and work directly with the founder on what gets built next.

Ship across the whole product, front to back. You will build the discovery and personalization logic, the APIs and data pipelines underneath it, the customer-facing digest and dashboard on top of it, and the integrations with Gmail, Outlook and other connected accounts.

EngineeringRemoteFull-time
Make automation that runs continuously safe to leave running. You will build the services behind prospect discovery, qualification and outreach, the scheduling, queuing and rate-limiting that keeps high-volume sending inside its limits, and the integrations with email and OAuth providers.

Make sure every step of the loop holds up under real conditions. You will write the automated suites covering discovery through verification, test the integrations with email providers and payment processing, and define the quality gates a release has to clear.

Build the data infrastructure the product runs on. You will own the pipelines behind prospect discovery, relevance and authority scoring and spam filtering, the ingestion from web crawls, third-party APIs and product events, and the models feeding real-time scoring and verification.

Turn campaign, outreach and placement data into something the team can act on. You will build the reporting on reply rates, placement success and account health, dig into the trends and anomalies underneath it, and work with product and engineering to define metrics and keep the data trustworthy.

Say how the product is actually being used. You will define and track activation, retention and feature adoption, scope experiments and read their results, and run deep dives on areas like outreach deliverability, placement verification and Qwoted match rates to inform what gets built next.

Decide what the autopilot does next. You will own the roadmap for part of the loop - discovery, qualification, personalization, sending, follow-up, reply handling or verification - turn customer feedback and usage data into prioritized work, and ship it with engineering and design.

DesignRemoteFull-time
Make a system that runs on its own feel controllable. You will design the digest, prospect pipeline, guardrail settings and reply-handling views, turning multi-step automation logic into surfaces a non-technical user can read at a glance and trust.

Own the growth funnel end to end. You will run acquisition across paid, email, content and lifecycle, find and fix where the free trial loses people, and build the reporting on acquisition cost, conversion and retention that says which programs are worth running again.

Run the content engine. You will plan, write and edit the posts, guides, case studies and landing pages that reach in-house SEO teams and agencies, own the calendar that ships them, and track what actually drives signups rather than what drives traffic.

Set the quality bar the autopilot runs inside. You will choose target pages and anchors, judge which sites are worth earning a link from, tune the thresholds and guardrails that steer automated outreach, and read rankings and backlink profiles to say whether a campaign actually moved anything.
