New Outlink Radar is live on the Chrome Web Store

Your outreach history, right on the search results page

Anyone can tell you a domain's authority. Only your own workspace knows that a teammate emailed this editor twelve days ago, or that the site is already a live link for another client. Outlink Radar puts that signal inline on every result — and adds the untouched ones to a campaign without you leaving the page.

The blind spot

A results page knows nothing about your program.

So the checking happens somewhere else — a tab with the dashboard open, a spreadsheet, a message to whoever might remember. Usually it just doesn't happen.

What each result tells you

One badge per result, and the worst news wins

Every organic result gets a single status badge drawn from your own records. The most severe signal always takes precedence, so a domain you must not touch can never render as new.

Do not contact
The domain is suppressedIt's on your do-not-contact list, so it can never quietly render as new — and it can't be added.
Link live
You already have a placementA verified live link is on this domain. Great to know before you pitch it as a stranger.
Outreach live
An opportunity is already in playSomeone on the team has this in an active stage. Two people pitching one editor is how a lead gets burned.
Contacted
Outbound email already went outShown with how long ago it sent, so you can tell a stale thread from one you'd be stepping on.
In pipeline
Already a prospectShown with the campaign it belongs to. Still addable — a second campaign is a legitimate call.
New
Nothing on fileThe domain is untouched by your workspace. Tick it and it goes into a campaign from here.

Suppressed, live, in-flight and contacted domains aren't addable — that's the point of the badge. Prospects and new domains are, and so is a domain whose placement you lost.

Add without leaving the page

Tick the new ones. They're in a campaign.

The bar at the bottom of the results page takes your selection straight into a campaign — and those domains go through exactly the same enrichment pipeline as the ones Outlink's own discovery finds. Nothing added from a results page is treated as second-class.

  • Same crawl, contact-finding and scoring as discovery
  • Pick the campaign once; it's remembered as your default
  • Adding is limited to owners and admins, like the CSV importer

The same verdict for the page you're on

Click the toolbar icon on any site and Radar gives you that domain's status and the same one-click add. A target you stumbled into doesn't have to be re-found on Google before it can enter a campaign — and access to the tab is granted for that click alone.

  • Works on any page, without standing access to every site
  • Shows the campaign a known domain already belongs to
  • Signs in once and stays signed in across browser restarts

What it doesn't do

It reads your workspace, not your browsing

Radar runs inside search pages, which is exactly why its access is drawn as narrowly as the job allows.

Domains, not your searching

A lookup sends the domain names of the results already on the page so they can be matched against your records. Never your search terms, never page content, never a history of the sites you browse.

Your workspace only

A verdict is assembled from your own team's prospects, emails, opportunities, placements and suppressions. There is no third-party data call behind a badge and no crawl.

Search pages, and the tab you ask for

No access to every site: Radar runs on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo search pages only, and reads the current tab just for the moment you click its toolbar icon.

Getting started

Installed and badging results in about a minute

Three steps

No configuration, no API keys — it reads the workspace you have.

↻ Signs in once
1
Add it to Chrome

Install from the Chrome Web Store. It's free, and it needs no card — the extension reads the workspace you already have.

2
Sign in from the toolbar

Click the Radar icon and sign in with the same email and password you use at outlinkai.com. Your token is stored by the extension, never exposed to the pages you visit.

3
Search the way you prospect

Run a query like “write for us” + fintech. Every result gets its badge, and the bar at the bottom adds the ones you tick to a campaign.

Extension questions

Frequently asked

Do I need an Outlink AI account?
Yes. Radar has nothing to show without one — every badge is your own workspace's history. Sign in from the toolbar icon with the credentials you already use at outlinkai.com, and the extension resolves your workspace and campaigns from there.
Does it cost extra?
No. Radar is included with your Outlink AI account on every plan, at no additional cost. The lookups behind the badges are deliberately cheap — batched reads of your own data, so they stay free no matter how much you scroll.
Which search engines does it work on?
Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo — including the regional Google domains (google.co.uk, .ca, .com.au, .de, .fr, .es, .it, .nl, .co.in). Those pages are enumerated in the extension's manifest; it does not request access to any other site.
What does it send about the pages I visit?
Only the domain names of the results shown on a search page, in order to match them against your workspace. Your search terms, the content of pages, and the sites you browse are never sent — and there is no analytics or tracking call behind a lookup.
Who on my team can add prospects from search?
Adding is limited to workspace owners and admins, matching the CSV importer, because it seeds real outreach. Everyone on the team sees the badges — the read-only signal is the part that stops duplicate pitches.
Is a prospect added from search treated differently?
No. A domain you add from a results page goes through the same enrichment and scoring pipeline as one Outlink's own discovery found — crawl, contact-finding, qualification. Nothing added from Radar is second-class.
What happens to a link I already lost?
A dropped placement is deliberately not treated as blocking, so those domains stay addable. A site that linked to you once and then dropped it is one of the best re-pitch targets you have.

Stop pitching domains you've already worked

Put your own history on the results page, and add the genuinely new domains to a campaign the moment you find them.
