For agencies
Run white-label link building for clients, under your own brand
Outlink AI is outreach software, not a link vendor. Your agency runs each client's link building in its own workspace - prospecting, pitching from a connected mailbox, follow-ups, verification - and your clients see your name, logo and color on their reports and approval pages.

The model
Software your agency runs, not a link vendor
What is white-label link building?
White-label link building is link building an agency delivers to its clients under the agency's own brand, with the provider behind it invisible to the client. It is usually sold as fulfillment - a vendor builds links and the agency resells them - but it can also mean the agency runs the work itself on software that reports under the agency's brand, which is the model Outlink AI provides.
Fulfillment is the common version. You sell link building under your brand, a vendor in the background builds the links - often from a catalogue of sites priced by authority score - and you put your logo on the report it sends. It is quick to start and easy to resell, and you see little of how the links are made. That matters, because a link bought for ranking credit is a violation of Google’s link spam policy, and the risk falls on your client’s site.
Running it yourself on white-label software is the other version. Your team, or the software it supervises, does the prospecting and link building outreach; the links come from editors and journalists your campaigns pitched; and everything the client sees carries your brand. You keep the method, the relationships and the mailboxes.
Does Outlink AI build links for my clients?
No. Outlink AI is software your agency operates, not a fulfillment service: it runs the outreach loop for each client workspace inside the guardrails you set, and every link depends on an editor or journalist choosing to add it. It does not sell placements, and it does not promise any number of links per month.
What it does run is the whole loop for each client - discovery, qualification, personalized pitches, sending, follow-ups, reply handling and live verification - inside the thresholds and caps you set. See the full loop.
What your agency gets
The white-label parts, and the parts that keep clients apart
Every one of these is on every plan. Plans differ by throughput, not by which of these you get.
A workspace per client
Each client runs in its own isolated workspace, with its own connected inboxes, campaigns, guardrails and billing, so one client's outreach, data and sender reputation never mix with another's.
One overview across clients
The agency overview puts every client workspace you own side by side - live links, active campaigns and spend this month - with totals across all of them.
Reports under your brand
Share a live, read-only report for each client carrying your brand name, logo and accent color: live, changed and lost links, the anchors, the authority of each linking site, and - when Search Console is connected - clicks and impressions to each linked page before and after its link went live.
Scheduled report emails
Schedule the report to be emailed weekly or monthly to you and your client, for the whole workspace or a single campaign. Each email carries your brand name and links to a fresh copy of the branded report.
Client approval links
Turn on client approval for a campaign and its drafted outreach waits instead of sending. Your client opens a secure link - no login, your branding - and approves or rejects each email. Links can be revoked at any time.
Outreach from the right mailbox
Each workspace sends from the Gmail or Outlook inboxes connected to it, inside warm-up and volume limits, so a client's outreach can go out from a mailbox on the client's own domain.
How agencies run it
From a new client to a branded report
Create the client's workspace
Add the client's domain, connect the inbox their outreach should send from, and set the tactics, tone, volume and quality thresholds.
Each workspace has its own limits and its own plan.
Put your brand on it
Set your brand name, logo and accent color on the workspace. The client report and the approval page pick them up.
The "shared via Outlink" line on reports can be switched off.
Decide what the client sees
Share a live report link, schedule report emails, and turn on client approval for any campaign where the client wants to sign off on copy.
Approval links need no login and can be revoked.
Run every client from one view
The autopilot works each campaign inside its guardrails while you watch all of them from the agency overview.

Who it fits, and who it does not
A good fit if
- You want link building as a service line your team runs, on your own method and your own margins.
- Your clients care how their links are earned and want to see the work, not only a monthly total.
- Your team would rather supervise outreach than spend its hours on prospect research and follow-up chasing.
Look elsewhere if
- You have no capacity to run or supervise outreach at all, and want links delivered as a finished product - that is what fulfillment vendors sell.
- Your clients buy a fixed number of links per month. This is outreach software and every link is an editor's decision, so it cannot commit to a count.
- You need the client-facing pages on your own domain. Reports and approval pages carry your brand but are served from links on the Outlink AI domain.
Common questions
Will my clients see the Outlink AI name?
The shared report and the client approval page show your brand name, logo and accent color, and the small "shared via Outlink" line on the report can be switched off. Both pages are served from private links on the Outlink AI domain, and scheduled report emails come from our sending address, with your brand name in the subject and heading.
Can my clients approve outreach before it sends?
Yes, campaign by campaign. Turn on client approval and drafted outreach waits instead of sending; your client opens a secure review link - no login, branded with your name and color - and approves or rejects each email. Approved drafts move into the send queue, rejected ones never send, and you can revoke a link at any time.
Whose mailbox does client outreach send from?
Whichever Gmail or Outlook inbox is connected to that client's workspace, over OAuth. Connecting a mailbox on the client's own domain means outreach goes out under the client's name, and each workspace's warm-up and volume limits protect that domain's sender reputation.
How is Outlink AI priced for agencies?
Each client workspace has its own plan and billing, so cost follows the number of clients you run rather than a separate agency tier. Plans differ by throughput - daily outreach, connected inboxes, concurrent campaigns and the monthly spend cap - not by features, so white-label reports and client approval links come with every plan. The 7-day free trial applies to your first workspace only.
When is a white-label fulfillment service the better choice?
When your agency has no capacity to run outreach at all and wants links delivered as a finished product. That is a legitimate need - but ask exactly how the links are made, because a placement bought for ranking credit is a link spam violation, and the risk lands on your client's site rather than the vendor's.

Background
Agency link building: the terms and the alternatives
Definitions behind the work your team would be supervising, and how the autopilot compares with the outreach platforms agencies already run. See the best link building tools by category for the wider field.
Definition
Link building outreach
Link building outreach (often just "link outreach") is contacting the people who run other websites - editors, writers, site owners, journalists - to give them a genuine reason to link to your content. It is how most deliberately earned links begin, and it succeeds or fails on relevance rather than volume.
Definition
Editorial link
An editorial link is a link a writer or editor chose to add because it helps their reader, with nothing given in exchange. It is the kind of link search engines are trying to reward, as opposed to links that were bought, swapped, or placed by the site being linked to.
Definition
Google link spam policy
Google's link spam policy is the published section of its search spam policies defining link practices Google considers manipulative - buying or selling links for ranking purposes, excessive link exchanges, large-scale automated link building, and requiring links as a condition of an agreement.
Definition
Email deliverability
Email deliverability is whether the messages you send actually reach the recipient's inbox rather than their spam folder or nowhere at all. For link-building outreach it is the constraint that decides whether any of the work is seen.
