Terms of Service

Acceptance and governing law

The parties to these Terms are you (the “Customer”) and [Outlink AI, Inc.]. These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Outlink AI runs link-building outreach on autopilot within the guardrails you configure. You set the strategy, the targets, and the sending limits; the service drafts and sends outreach from your connected mailbox, handles replies, and relates the activity to your Search Console signals. You review the work as a digest rather than performing it by hand.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only to pursue earned links, and you agree not to:

• buy or sell links, or use link marketplaces or exchange schemes;
• send unsolicited bulk mail or any outreach that violates anti-spam laws or a recipient’s terms;
• misrepresent who you are or send deceptive outreach;
• use the service in any way that breaches the terms of your inbox provider, Google, or any third party.

You are responsible for the outreach sent from your connected inbox and for your own compliance with CAN-SPAM and similar laws.

Accounts and connected inboxes

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for the activity under your account. When you connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox over OAuth, you authorize the service to send on your behalf and to read the replies your outreach receives, within the caps you set; you can revoke that access at any time.

Billing and trial

The service is offered as a subscription. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial · card required · no charge until day 14 · cancel anytime. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged for the plan you selected; it then renews each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The plan ladder and its limits are presented in the pricing page; we may change pricing prospectively with notice.

No promised results

Outlink AI provides the mechanism for outreach and reporting — it does not control whether a publisher links to you or how a search engine ranks your site. We do not promise specific rankings, a number of placements, or any particular search outcome. Any correlation the product shows between outreach and Search Console signals is informational; results depend on your content, your site, editorial decisions outside our control, and search-engine behavior. The service is provided to help you do the work, not to promise an outcome.

Intellectual property and your content

We retain all rights in the service and its software. You retain all rights in the content you provide; you grant us the limited license needed to host and process that content to operate the service for you.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms — including a breach of the acceptable-use section — or as required by law. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Outlink AI, Inc.] is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues; and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnity, changes, and effective date

You will indemnify [Outlink AI, Inc.] against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms as the product evolves; when we do, we revise the effective date shown above and, for material changes, give you notice. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
